Your booking

If you have not received a booking number or confirmation email, then it is likely that your booking has not been processed correctly. Please contact our Reception via email info@mouco.pt to verify the situation.

Yes, group bookings can be made directly with the Hotel, via email info@mouco.pt

If you wish to change your booking, please contact the Hotel directly. Please be advised that only flexible rates can be changed and it has to be done up to 3 days before arrival date. If cancelled less than 3 days in advance, the cost of the first night will be charged. In the case of group bookings, cancellation must be done up to 28 days before the arrival date.

Bookings can be made through our website – www.mouco.pt – or through other online booking channels. You can contact the Hotel directly, via email info@mouco.pt. We will give maximum attention to your needs.
